Sunnyvale Police Department-"it's just a clerical error."
Our client Doug McMillan is a consulting criminal justice professional, but he is no longer employable in his field of work. A police department's negligence has cost him his career and perhaps his family. Doug is losing his home and has filed bankruptcy after a string of failed job interviews. 5 years after it was entered in error, Doug found that he had been wrongfully added to a criminal database as a violent offender.
